How to view my laboratory scope in the system?

Please view the scope in the CAB directory from www.jsm.gov.my, click under Accreditation under the drop-down menu scroll down and search for Accredited organisation > choose the relevant programme (e.g. SAMM, ACB, MIBAS, MyPTP, GLP etc) > type your SAMM/MIBAS/ACB/MyPTP number and click search

Do I need to key in the information (procedure, manual, manual, form, cv, PT records) in the system?

I have submitted them in the email during the application process. – Yes, you need to fill in the information again in the system before DSM can proceed with the adequacy audit stage.

Do I need to update my PT information in the system?

Yes, you do need to update the latest PT information from time to time.
